
Rajasthan Government emphasis on taking a holistic view of e-Governance initiatives across the State and departments, integrating them into a collective vision and a shared cause.
One more step towards compliance with the e-Governance vision of the State, a common platform named — Rajasthan Payment Platform — has been developed to take care all payments (other than treasury) and disbursement needs of Government Departments and PSU’s under the aegis of Government of Rajasthan.
Rajasthan Payment Platform (commonly know as RPP) is integrated with Banks, Mobile Wallets, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI and Bharat QR service providers for smooth electronic & mobile payments.
RPP facilitates departments and PSU’s for two way electronic payments.
- Collection Segment: Residents can pay taxes, utility bills, fees etc. to concerned department with complete flexibility of payment mode of their choice (facility to be given on concerned department’s website or application).
- Disbursement Segment: Departments can disburse funds to beneficiaries, vendors and others in a seamless and integrated way.
Currently, basic stats of users of Rajasthan Payment Platform is as follows-

- Collection Merchants: 575+
- Collection Accounts: 610+
- Disbursement Merchants: 25+
- Disbursement Accounts: 17300+
- Payment Gateway Partners: 35+
- Disbursement Banks: 55
Now a days, Rajasthan Payment Platform (RPP) is single platform used by all Departments and PSU’s of State Government, having banking operations, for all type of digital transactions — either collection or disbursement (DBT — Direct Benefit Transfer).
